Sarah Faircloth is a certified Anusara Yoga teacher and co-founder of Sangati Yoga in Charlotte, NC. She was introduced to yoga and Eastern philosophy as a child by her father, and began developing her practice as a teenager.

She has studied with world class yoga teachers all over the country, and earned her certification in February 2003 from John Friend, founder of Anusara yoga. She continues her studies with John Friend and renowned Yoga scholars, Dr. Douglas Brooks and Dr. Bill Mahony.

Sarah offers classes that weave the foundations of good alignment with the narratives and subtleties of yoga philosophy. Her classes are creative, challenging, empowering, and playful. Sarah teaches workshops nationally, leads immersions and teacher trainings and will be teaching at the Yoga Journal's Anusara Grand Gathering in Estes Park, CO September 22-24.
