of resilience and possibility. The sequence covers all the main classes of
asana including: Surya Namaskar, standing poses, handbalancings, inversions,
backbends, hip-openers, forward bends, and twists. A class for experienced
practitioners, the prerequisites are kicking up to handstand at the wall
and pushing up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward bow) with straight arms.
