Trained
in a style of yoga that blended third level Kripalu (long posture holds
and the use of ujjayi pranayama) and Kundalini yoga, Rhett has been
teaching in and around Atlanta since 2000. She’s continued her
yoga education by traveling to study with almost all the major yoga

Buddhism. She’s attended several week-long meditation
retreats and serves on the Board of Directors at the Southern Dharma
Retreat Center, outside Asheville, NC. A native of Atlanta, Rhett holds
a BA in English and completed coursework and comprehensive exams
towards an MFA in creative writing from Georgia State University. She
