Jessi Law came to yoga with a friend as a way to reduce the stress of her advertising career; she naturally gravitated to Ashtanga yoga and has become increasingly dedicated to the practice since. She is currently completing her 200-hr teacher certification. She draws her teaching from the place she practices and, as such, hopes students can come to the practice from "right where they are." Jessi strives to create a class environment that is non-intimidating and accessible to beginners while fostering a growing practice and challenging students.
A Tallahassee Florida native, Crystal Logan moved to Atlanta two years ago to further her studies of Anusara Yoga. Since then, Anusara Yoga has become more than a physical practice for her; it has become a lifestyle. She looks forward to sharing the Universal Principles of Alignment with anyone interested in learning.

Scott Schroeder has been teaching in the tradition of Sri BKS Iyengar since 2002. Having come to yoga with a background in martial arts, his practice has spanned over 13 years and has taken him to study abroad in India and to attend a number of different workshops with several of the most adept instructors in the world.

His teaching approach has grown to combine practical, real-world experience with a strong emphasis on precision and technique. A dedicated practitioner, he continues to rely on the support of his students, friends, family and fellow teachers to impart his knowledge of yoga with clarity, vitality, and authenticity.

Iyengar's method is rooted in the Eightfold Path of Patanjali (Ashtanga or classical yoga) and sees the body as the primary instrument for consciousness and self-transformation.
