The studio is housed in an ambient warehouse loft, centrally located in Midtown West. (See below for directions). We offer day, evening and weekend classes for all levels in the Ashtanga and Anusara traditions. Available amenities include: men and women's dressing rooms; cold or room temp bottled water for $1; mat rentals are free; yoga blocks, straps and blankets; and easy, convenient parking.
Driving
Take Interstate 75/85 to 10th Street. Travel west on 10th towards Georgia Tech. Continue on 10th Street for approximitely 1 mile. Cross over Northside Drive. Take the 2nd left onto Watkins Street. Next left is 9th Street. The warehouse is located corner of Watkins Street and 9th Street look for the Atlanta Yoga Shala sign.
MARTA
Take the North/South line to the Midtown station. Catch bus #37 (runs approximately every 30 minutes) west past Georgia Tech. Get off at the stop closest to teh corner of 10th Street and Watkins Street. Walk one blok south and find Atlanta Yoga Shala at the corner of 9th Street and Watkins.
